Warehousing:

The charges based on the square footage of warehouse space utilized. 

Rate of $10 per square foot per month. If the business requires 500 square feet of warehouse space, the monthly cost would be $5,000.

Order Fulfillment: 

• Charges on a per order basis, which includes picking, packing, and shipping costs. 

• A rate of $3 per order. If the business has an average of 500 orders per month, the fulfillment cost would amount to $1,500.

Transportation:

• The 3PL provider charges transportation costs based on factors such as distance, weight, and volume. 

• For this example, let’s assume the transportation cost is calculated based on a negotiated rate of $2 per mile and an average of 1,000 miles per month. The transportation cost would be $2,000.

Value-Added Services: 

• We offer kitting and labeling services for an additional fee. 

• The kitting service is priced at $2 per unit, and the labeling service is priced at $0.50 per unit. If the business requires kitting and labeling for 500 units, the additional cost would be $1,250.

Technology Solutions: 

• The 3PL provider offers a technology platform for order tracking and inventory management.

• We charge a flat fee of $500 per month for using the platform.
